Eleventh Hour Enigma is seeking enthusiastic, dynamic and quick-learning individuals for the position of Game Master with Tulsa’s premier Escape Room Experience! Game Master:  Game Masters are responsible for engaging our guests, facilitating their live-action escape room experience, and creating an unforgettable adventure for every guest. We are seeking fun, dedicated and detail-oriented candidates.

 

Captivate guests by:

  • Providing an enthusiastic and detailed mission

  • Actively focus on the guests progress and assist them with hints and storyline

  • Learn the functions of each game and have the ability to reset between every session

  • Maintain communication with host/hostess, management and guests to ensure smooth reservation flows


Primary Skills:

  • Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills

  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Monitoring guests during game and engage for up to 75 minutes without distraction

  • Meeting guests after the game to celebrate accomplishments, answer questions and take pictures

  • Attention to detail when resetting the Games for the next group of guests

  • Ability to handle the unexpected and remain composed and professional to our customers


Additional Requirements:

  • Should be able to lift up to 30 lbs., reach, squat, kneel, climb a ladder, use minor hand tools

  • Answer phone calls and track bookings

  • Basic computer skills

  • General housekeeping for our lobby, restroom, seating area, and storefront


Our current themes, requires playing the role of Police Dispatch and Victorian-era butler or maid.   This is a great opportunity to enjoy utilizing a variety of your skills in one job, which has the potential to grow with the right candidate.  You must have flexible availability including nights and weekends, with some weekday daytime hours for group events.
