CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE:
- This is a live ticketed event and all sales are final.
- No refunds will be given in case of cancellation or no-show.
- With 24-hours advanced notice, we will reschedule your game.
- If you need to reschedule within 24 hours; we can accommodate you, with a reschedule fee.
RESTRICTIONS:
- None of our Games are suitable for children under the age of 10; including infants and toddlers, and they will not be admitted.
- Players under 18, may attend ONLY in accordance with the following guidelines...
- Ages 10-13, MUST have at least 1 adult IN-GAME (we recommend having a 1:1 ratio of adult and kids in this age range).
- Ages 14-15, MUST have an adult sign the Waiver and remain ON-SITE during the game.
- Ages 16-17, MUST have an adult sign the Waiver.
- To protect the safety of our staff and venue; we reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone suspected of being intoxicated, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol; and NO refunds, or credits, will be given.
ADVISORY:
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking.
- Game clock will start no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.
- All players over 18 will be required to sign a copy of our liability waiver before playing the games.
- Players under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign the waiver (see above).
- Our games feature special effects, including sound and lighting; if you have any concerns, or sensitivities, please let us know.
- The venue and games are wheelchair accessible; however, some props may not be.
- The Winchester's Widow game contains some Victorian-era mysticism and players will be participating in a fictional séance.
- The Cairo Connection game includes non-traditional flooring and you will be working in the SANDS of Egypt, so we recommend wearing closed-toe shoes or boots.
