We are excited to announce our soft reopening on Friday, May 1, 2020!
As we are not infectious disease experts, nor renowned economists; to make this decision we have relied on guidance from those authorities, alongside consultation with our staff and input from you.  We miss spending time with you, our Escape Artists; and are really looking forward to seeing you all again soon!

Everyone who enters Eleventh Hour Enigma is part of our Escape Room family; from owners, to managers, game masters, stage managers, friends, neighbors and finally to our very important guests.  We will be implementing the following specific steps to maintain a safe environment for ourselves, our team and our guests.

  1. We will continue to monitor Federal, State, County, City and the CDC’s recommendations for the latest information and best practices for reopening; and we will be doing everything possible to follow these guidelines.

  2. Our team members are trained to remain home at the first sign of illness, and to make this easier for our part-time, hourly employees; during this national emergency, we will continue to offer paid sick leave for our staff.  We are also asking our Game Masters to do a temperature check prior to coming to work and have provided our staff with masks and gloves.

  3. We have always maintained a rigorous cleaning schedule for our games and will be supplementing this by increasing our time between games to allow more time for enhanced sanitization protocols for the Facility, Game and Props.

  4. We have modified some of our Props to better allow for sanitization (lamination, disposable, etc.) and will continue to provide these for our games and guests.

  5. We have adjusted our schedule to allow our staff to adjust to the new ‘normal’, to avoid group interaction in our common areas and to control the total number of people in the building at any given time.

    1. Week 1: A specific Game each day with 1 hour between time slots.

    2. Week 2: Two specific Games each day with 1 hour between time slots.

    3. Week 3: All three Games each day with 1-1/2 hours between time slots.

    4. Week 4: All three Games each day with 1 hour between time slots.

  6. We have always had private bookings and will continue to do so.

  7. We will continue to provide hand sanitizer for our guests along with disposable gloves (based on ability to maintain inventory).

  8. To help us maintain social distancing between groups...

    1. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your Game time.

    2. We will NOT allow late players to join games in progress.

    3. We will NOT accept walk-in bookings, please call or book online.

  9. Per the CDC’s guidelines, we encourage all our guests to...

    1. Self-isolate if experiencing any symptoms or if you have known exposure.

    2. Frequently wash hands or use hand sanitizer.

    3. Practice social distancing when around people outside of your group.

    4. Wear a mask when you are within 6’ of others.

Eleventh Hour Enigma wants to assure all of our Escape Artists that their health and safety are first and foremost in all that we do.  If anyone in your party has a fever or is experiencing any illness symptoms, please call to reschedule your game as soon as possible.  We are doing everything we can to protect our family, and our community, and want to be transparent in our efforts.  If you have any questions or want to talk with us, please send us an email to info@eleventhhourenigma.com.

We really appreciate your support,

Darby, Mel and the Eleventh Hour Team
