Escape Room Game Masters
Eleventh Hour Enigma is seeking enthusiastic, dynamic, and quick-learning individuals for the position of Cast Member/Game Master with Tulsa’s premier Escape Room Experience!
Game Master:
Game Masters are responsible for engaging our guests, facilitating their live-action escape room experience, and creating an unforgettable adventure for everyone. We are seeking fun, reliable and detail-oriented candidates.
Captivate guests by:
Providing an enthusiastic and detailed introduction to each Game;
Actively focus on the guests’ progress and provide hints and storyline; and
Learn each Game and have the ability to reset between every session.
Primary Skills:
Outgoing personality with
AMAZING
customer service skills;
Portraying a character, and maintaining the role, throughout the Game;
Be able to follow a script and only deviate when absolutely necessary;
Providing guests
UNDIVIDED
attention during their experience;
De-briefing guests to celebrate accomplishments, answer questions and take pictures;
Attention to detail when quickly resetting for the next group;
Handle the unexpected while remaining composed and professional; and
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Our current Games require acting for the following roles:
Police Dispatch or Trainer;
Victorian-era butler or maid; and
British spies and archaeologists, T.E. Lawrence or Gertrude Bell!
Additional Requirements:
Prefer at least 18 years old, but may consider exceptional candidates who are at least 16 years old;
MUST
have reliable transportation;
MUST
be willing to work nights and
WEEKENDS
;
Should be able to lift up to 30 lbs., reach, squat, kneel, climb a ladder, and use basic hand tools;
Answer phone calls and take bookings;
Basic computer skills;
General housekeeping for the Venue;
General repairs and maintenance for the Games and props; and
Additional projects (art, writing, photo/videography, etc.) when there is down-time.
This is a great opportunity to enjoy utilizing a variety of your skills in one part-time job, averaging 15-25 hours per week. Additional hours are available during the holiday seasons, as well as for private group events. Training pay starts at $10 per hour and you will receive a raise at the end of a 90-day probationary period, after which you will be eligible for merit raises.
