We're currently seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to join our team and oversee our day-to-day operations.


Assistant Manager:  
We're looking for an exceptional problem-solver and leader with strong customer service and management skills. If you're proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you. As Assistant Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for resolving issues and enhancing both customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management - Lead and motivate our team to maintain a professional and engaging work environment. Coordinate schedules, manage projects, and ensure adherence to company policies. Serve as a backup Game Master as required, maintaining our commitment to a consistently immersive experience.
  •  Operations Oversight - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, upholding safety and company standards.  Oversee room setups, maintenance and inventory; fostering an engaging, organized, and efficient environment. Proactively tackle dynamic challenges and contribute to organizing, planning, and implementing company strategies.
  •  Customer Experience - Deliver outstanding service, ensuring every guest enjoys a 5-star experience. Manage bookings, utilize our POS system, and monitor customer satisfaction - promptly addressing customer inquiries and feedback.
  •  Marketing - Create and implement marketing strategies to enhance local visibility through promotions, events, and social media channels.
Key Qualifications:
  • Formal education or equivalent experience (2 years in customer service, with 1 year in a management role).
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks (standing, climbing, bending, and lifting 30 lbs). 

Key Preferences:

  • Possesses a deep passion for Escape Rooms and immersive experiences.
  • Skills in set design, maintenance, and electronics troubleshooting.
  • Hospitality or theater background.
