Are you ready to be part of Tulsa’s premier immersive escape room? Eleventh Hour Enigma is more than just an ordinary escape room; we're creators of unforgettable experiences. Known for our captivating scenarios ideal for team-building, parties, and family outings. We're currently seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to join our team and oversee our day-to-day operations.
Assistant Manager:
We're looking for an exceptional problem-solver and leader with strong customer service and management skills. If you're proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you. As Assistant Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for resolving issues and enhancing both customer and employee experiences.

Manages multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining reliability and organization, with proven management expertise.
Demonstrates strong leadership and outstanding communication skills, both internally and externally.
Excels with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality, skilled in public speaking and recognized for EXCEPTIONAL customer service.
Adapts readily to new challenges and demonstrates a strong desire to learn.
Maintains composure and professionalism in unpredictable situations, ensuring effective problem-solving..
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management -
Lead and motivate our team to maintain a professional and engaging work environment. Coordinate schedules, manage projects, and ensure adherence to company policies. Serve as a backup Game Master as required, maintaining our commitment to a consistently immersive experience.
Operations Oversight -
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, upholding safety and company standards. Oversee room setups, maintenance and inventory; fostering an engaging, organized, and efficient environment. Proactively tackle dynamic challenges and contribute to organizing, planning, and implementing company strategies.
Customer Experience -
Deliver outstanding service, ensuring every guest enjoys a 5-star experience. Manage bookings, utilize our POS system, and monitor customer satisfaction - promptly addressing customer inquiries and feedback.
Marketing -
Create and implement marketing strategies to enhance local visibility through promotions, events, and social media channels.
Key
Qualifications
:
Formal education or equivalent experience (2 years in customer service, with 1 year in a management role).
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to handle physical tasks (standing, climbing, bending, and lifting 30 lbs).
Key Preferences
:
Possesses a deep passion for Escape Rooms and immersive experiences.
Skills in set design, maintenance, and electronics troubleshooting.
Hospitality or theater background.
